Tom and Alex did a great job breathing new life into my old land rover Discovery. I have worked in the automotive industry for over 20 years, I run a dealership myself fully staffed with technicians, yet this is where I will bring my own personal cars, that should tell you everything you need to know. I am an old grouch who wishes I could travel back to 1967 where I could purchase a new Cadillac and select from 12 colors of leather and custom order any combination of those colors. But alas I am stuck in 2024 where cars come in various shades of cat vomit. Hence, I drive an old Supercharged Jaguar Vanden Plas that came in a color (British Racing Green) and had real wood covering every surface. But I would not be able to drive this old jaguar if it were not for Tom Bolletieri. If he ever retires, I will have to give up my jaguar and drive a car with a name that sounds like a pesticide (e.g. DTS). I totally trust Tom with all my repairs. He knows his business and cares enough to do impeccable work at a reasonable price. He keeps my car running like it just came out of the showroom and NO one else can do that with a jaguar. I highly recommend his shop for any kind of repair.

The owner/mechanic Tom Bollettieri is a highly knowledgeable guy with years of experience. He is highly skilled in the knowledge of auto mechanical repair work. From motors to transmission?s to chassis to brakes and anything electrical. He has an innate ability to trouble shoot and use creative thinking to do repair work. His repair work on my Porsche has been extra ordinary from the IMS bearing replacement to installing high performance exhaust headers to troubleshooting the central locking system issue. Top notch service. Brought in my 911/996 to have them looked into a front-end vibration and a sporadic warm start issue. Owner and chief mechanic Thomas has very deep knowledge in diagnose electrical problem and he is very attention to details. This is not one of those shop that will tell you to replace all possible problem parts and call the day. Thomas will look into the root cause and explain to you in details on what went wrong before recommending a fix. He is the most patient mechanic I have ever encountered. He is honest and respectful. In the end, the issues that I had were addressed in a timely and effective manner. I was provided videos and voice recordings on the diagnostic process and a detailed report. Almost forgot to mention his rate is very reasonable. I highly recommend this shop for your automotive needs without hesitation.

Tom is incredibly knowledgeable and very patient. The work was done quickly and meticulously and we were in the loop the entire time. We have a 2014 Fiat and Tom swapped out the motor, which is a pretty complicated process, but it was surprisingly fast and easy.

I am a classic car enthusiast owning 25 years old Jaguar. I have never met a professionalist that can be compared to Thomas Bollettieri. His due diligence, skillset, and customer service are top notch. I found contact info to BAAS from Jaguar Monmouth dealer. They kept my car for a week and were neither able to fix it nor eager to do so. I worried who will be able to take care of my classic/specialty baby Jag if even technicians at dealerships don't have the skillset ? I worry no more. Even though Thomas, the owner of BAAS is almost 90 miles away from me, I plan on using his services. What surprised me is how good the communicator he is. Many auto technicians know how to do the job but don't know how to communicate it. Thomas, however, spent a total of well over an hour on the phone with me discussing, reviewing diagnostic info, and explaining. He will leave it as shallow as required or will go very deep if you are interested in educating yourself on how a specific part in your car operates. Thank you.

We recently learned about this mechanic from our brother in law who drove up from the shore. he was very happy with the service Tom did in his Jaguar so we brought in my BMW which was having an oil lead. I own a 2002 Jaguar XJR which would not pass inspection because the on board ECM (computer) would not give the NJ Inspection Stations the correct information to verify emissions. Jaguar of Eatontown had my car for 3 months and were unable to resolve the problem. I was finally recommended to Tom Bollettieri the owner who's shop is 1.5 hours from my home but the drive to see him was well worth it. Not only was his bill very reasonable but he fixed the problem quickly and now my car will communicate with the NJ Inspection Station equipment. I would highly recommend Tom for all types of automotive repairs and his shop is spotless and he has every type of automotive equipment necessary to complete any repair. Tom is one of the most knowledgeable mechanics I have ever encountered with many years under his belt at new car dealerships and now he is out on his own doing quality work on both foreign and domestic cars, and both new and vintage cars like mine. I will definitely travel 1.5 hours again to have him work on my vintage Jaguar XJR .
